Our Refund Policy
As work is usually performed immediately there is no requirement for us to provide a "cooling off" period as defined by the Distance Selling Regulations. Once service has been provided we do not normally offer a refund in the event that a problem is not corrected by our Remote Support technician. In this event, and where we are able, we will offer a Service visit to your premises to investigate further and try to resolve the problem.
